Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that Bangladesh will not buy anything from the countries that impose sanctions. He also said that he has instructed the Ministry of Finance in this regard.

In the press conference, the editor-in-chief of private television DBC News, Mohammad Manjurul Islam, asked, "There has been a statement that they will stop shopping with those who are sanctioning Bangladesh." Is there any reason to be afraid in that case?'

The Prime Minister mentioned, "Such a big incident could not happen in Bangladesh." Sheikh Hasina said, "I took a decision for this and told our Finance Ministry, Planning Ministry, that we will buy things from abroad, there will be a clause - we will not buy anything from those who will sanction us." What is the crisis, fear?'
